Leading the way

Tyler walks to the line of scrimmage while warming up before the start of a 7 on 7 middle school football tournament Saturday in Spencer County, Ky. Tyler plays for the Frankfort Middle School team, which spent the day competing in a round robin tournament against six other teams from around the state.

The tournaments are a way for the quarterback, running backs and receivers to work on their skill sets over the summer before the season starts in the fall.
